You will be a highly motivated New Business Manager with the ability to sell Cult LDN digital and social offerings.
To accelerate business development within Cult LDN you will be a successful individual with a track record in new business, business development, and of winning accounts and developing and nurturing strong client relationships.

Overall purpose of job
The overall purpose is to drive new business and development by generating a high quality pipeline of business prospects. You will be adept at the management of sales forecasts and pipeline. A definitive ability to research and identify prospective clients within the digital landscape
Assist the Senior Management team in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
A key aspect of your role is the creation of innovative campaigns which set Cult LDN apart from our peers.

Specific responsibilities
- Considered and consultative sales approach
- Demonstrate clear understanding of clients needs
- Qualifying opportunities that come in to the agency
- Ability to offer commercially savvy solutions that adhere to the agencies sales requirements
- Work with the senior management team to create innovative and award winning campaigns
- Open doors to new client opportunities for the agency via networking, events and insights based research
- Ensure a smooth hand over of the accounts from Sales to the Client Services team
- Manage, assess and review the method of receiving new business leads in to the agency
- Eg. cold call, events, referral schemes / companies
- First point of call for our lead generation partners
- Ensuring TOV is correct
- Managing target list
- Learning from their approach and challenging where necessary
- Keep abreast of all key competitor activity and report back to Senior management
- Developing and maintaining new business collateral, case studies, pitch and creds presentations
- Motivate the wider company to ensure all areas of the business support the sales cycle

- Excellent presentation and written skills
