Junior / Midweight - Project Manager / Producer at Furthermore LtdFurthermore, is a digital product and service design studio with a clear ambition: to create innovative digital products and services that stand out in the landscape, are beautiful, purposeful and a delight for the user. We are looking for a junior or middleweight project manager who wants to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-moving company that has a great set of existing clients and cool new projects in the pipeline. This role will help us to deliver a wide range of digital projects across an array of sectors including; websites, web and mobile applications, physical interactives, identity development as well as our own products and services like, Go Jauntly.

-- Be able to simultaneously manage projects for different clients and have good knowledge and some experience in sprint-based agile and lean project methodologies.
-- Deliver great client service and manage client expectations against key tasks and deliverables.
-- Have a proactive nature and help conduct team meetings, manage feedback, actively document needs and actions against checkpoints and milestones in a clear and concise manner.
-- Help to identify and manage project risks and issues and be solutions and delivery focused.
-- Be responsible for and work with the team to agree project-related communications e.g. write agendas, keep minutes, manage status boards.
-- Work with the directors and team to create proposal documents, statement of work documents, cost estimates, payment schedules, and sprint project plans.
-- Be able to work autonomously and have a willingness to do whatever it takes to help make the team and studio successful, regardless of whether or not it's in the job description.
-- Be a professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Diplomacy and problem-solving skills are super cool.
-- Are highly organised with a powerful internal drive and commitment to achieving wins as a team.
-- Be familiar with and have used tools such as; Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Keynote, MS office and Teamweek.
-- You will also be encouraged to contribute in client and internal workshops in order to capture design requirements and envision ideas and solutions. Being creative is a massive plus as we all work together to collaboratively sketch, ideate and resolve complex UX, design and interaction problems.
-- Be technically savvy and digitally-minded and interested in; user research, user experience, technology, innovation and modern project delivery methods.
