Senior Designer at Studio OutputWe work with some of the biggest global brands, making the difference through innovative and memorable design. We’re looking for a confident and versatile Senior Designer to join the team in our thriving London studio.
We want to see fresh and dynamic work, with brilliant typography and visual identity skills. You can dissect a brief and translate it into original concepts, which you build out into workable design systems for brands operating across digital and social platforms.
Working closely with our Design Directors, you’ll also be running projects independently, overseeing designers and animators, presenting to clients and working alongside clients’ in-house teams.
As someone who lives and breathes design and digital culture you're itching to show everyone what you can really do, and get stuck into groundbreaking work for clients in the entertainment and tech sectors, like the BBC, Pottermore, Hive, NBCUniversal and Sony PlayStation.
You understand the commercial world and how brands need to reach, entertain and inspire audiences. You’re a visually inventive, highly organised and motivated thinker, you thrive under pressure and love working with people, dealing with clients and asserting your ideas.
You’ll be working on visual identity projects and wider brand development from the ground up, as well as website and interface design – so a solid portfolio of work demonstrating your creative abilities is essential.
Desired skills and experience
You’ve got at least six years' experience working through the ranks at decent studios and agencies.
Your brand work includes distinctive and crafted logo design, with visual identity systems and guidelines spanning a range of on- and offline platforms.
You're an expert designer in all things Adobe CS (for both on- and offline), are comfortable working in Sketch, and have an interest in animation. And of course, this is all grounded in super-human typography skills and great attention to detail.
You have an appreciation of the technical elements of digital work, be it responsive development, social networking platforms and interaction outside of the browser.
