Product Manager at Utelier

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and creative product manager that is used to managing multiple products here at Utelier. Our lives are dedicated to making production easier for our users and our solution is solving problems across the world, we’re looking for a product manager that shares our vision for comprehensive simplicity and wants to own the core elements of Utelier.

• Work closely with the CEO to understand business and user goals and ensure those goals are reflected within each product that Utelier releases to consumers.
• Lead creation of client product roadmaps, ensuring each roadmap item is in line with key business objectives
• Build and manage product backlogs, continually re-prioritising based on business, market and user needs
• Partner with both internal and agency side development teams to define product scope and deliver technical requirements that meet client and user expectations
• Effectively and closely collaborate with UX and Design teams (in-house and external) to ensure creation of delightful, user-friendly products
• Serve as a critical point for communications between cross-functional team of client, technology, design and UX
• Lead on-going reporting of product initiatives, identifying areas of success as well as continued improvement

Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum two years of proven experience in Product Management with digital product
• Track record of launching consumer facing product and services
• Experience with user research
• Understanding the importance of data and analytics for digital products

Skills and Attributes
• Fluent in English
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, great energy and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, confident and have a can-do attitude

Nice to Have
• Technical or design background
• Experience working with start-ups
• Experience in Lean/Agile methodology
• Domain knowledge in digital Ad serving industry
