This encapsulates the Evode Group's principal mission to become one of the world's largest retailers of 'customised' consumer products by adopting the AirBnB, JustEat and Uber Business Model - operating a head office with no cost-heavy assets, zero warehouse inventory to deliver millions of customised consumer products on-demand.

Evode Group aims to disrupt the ‘Wholesale Model’ where fans have long since suffered at the hands of traditional wholesale companies.

We are about to embark on an aggressive expansion strategy with ambitions to secure 100+ of the world's leading brands across Sport, Entertainment and Gaming. Within the next three years we aim to generate over a 100 million product and design combinations for consumers and fans to choose from.

Since inception, Evode Group has developed two retail platforms. The first,, allows fans of major global brands to customise and create their own officially licensed merchandise by selecting from thousands of artwork, design, quote and customisation options for Apparel, Accessories and Homeware products. The second,, is an online gift retailer with the world’s most advanced personalisation technology.

Evode Group has already acquired the rights for multiple household brands. These include Liverpool FC, WWE, Star Trek, Quentin Tarantino (back catalogue), Thunderbirds, Power Rangers, Talking Tom, and we are in line to acquire 30+ more in the near future.

The Role
Head of Creative

We need a Head of Creative who has a ‘start-up” mentality, with the ability to DO as well as TALK is vital, and who has a real passion for digital design. The Head of Creative’s time will be predominantly dedicated to managing and producing commercially effective creative artwork for our ever-growing number of brands on and coming up with innovative ways to offer fans across the globe better customisation and personalisation options.

The successful candidate will be in charge of managing and training an existing team of talented junior and senior designers. They will be responsible for implementing a strategy whereby your team is able to fully understand the culture, ideology and psyche behind each brand and encapsulate this spirit into exciting and eye-catching designs and customisation options. We want our artwork portfolio to have characters, iconic scenes and stars of our brands that come to life for the fans to choose, wear and love.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in teaching UI/UX design and Adobe Create Suite functionalities to less experienced designers. We want provide the best training for our fast-growing design team.

This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a wide range of brands and keep up with every changing trends. You will be involved in every stage of each project and play a huge role in planning the strategic steps required for to become the leading platform for licensed merchandise “on-demand” globally.


Minimum of 8 years experience in all of the following;

•UI/UX designer
•Adobe Create Suite


•At least 5 years exp - Working with Brands
•At least 3 years exp - Demonstrable, solid experience of managing people and building teams
•Substantial knowledge of the commercial and creative industries


•Lead and manage the Creative Team
•Managing designs for all our brands and social media pages
•Plan and monitor workflow, regularly report on progress and flag issues as they arise to C-Board
•Liaising across all departments to ensure all joint initiatives and project deadlines are met
•Creating reports to present at the weekly head of departmental meetings
•Working with other departments (Biz Dev, Marketing and Product Development) to help cultivate a Creative brand value
•Developing new strategies to showcase both Merchmaker and Choosey to prospective clients
•Maintain existing and developing new relationships within the Creative industry which directly benefit the growth and development of the Creative team
•Keep abreast of developments within the Licensing Industry to ensure the Creative teams activities remain relevant and effective
•Push for an promote creative diversity across all mediums – TV, Digital, Experiential etc
