Function: Head Office

Position Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Reports to: Ecommerce Manager

Summary of Role
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, editing and re-touching all online assets across all ecommerce platforms, supporting the CRM and Social function, managing image archive and also developing strong relationships with key service providers.
Alongside this, the ideal candidate will be able to interpret design briefs and execute engaging and vibrant graphics - in line with brand guidelines, and will be responsible for all Marketing, PR, Retail and Wholesale collateral and marketing materials - including print.
The ideal candidate will also oversee all product and model photography shoots in and out of house, and will be responsible for all asset management as well as working with the Creative Director and freelance photographers. Further to this, the role demands a thorough understanding of all Tatty Devine Brand Guidelines, maintaining this across all assets in house and ensuring its correct execution with external partners - as well as ownership and development of key brand Style Guides for external partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, has a keen eye for detail, complimented with excellent problem solving skills and who works well under pressure.

Key Accountabilities
 Booking, managing, formatting and retouching all product, model and editorial assets
 Development and management of website, email and social asset planning
 Creation of all assets for, CRM (email) and all Social platforms
 Management of product imagery within product and CMS pages
 Measuring all creative performance utilising Google Analytics and ESP resources
 Video, still life and GIF creation for email and social functions
 Management of Brand Guidelines and Style Guides
 Managing photographic shoots
 Managing all DM collateral
 Carefully interpreting design briefs and supporting senior management

Experience required
 Excellent knowledge and practical proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FireWorks etc)
 Minimum 1 years’ experience in a commercial ecommerce / retail environment
 Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
 Understanding of website management systems and CRM platforms; experience with Magento, Dotmailer and Mail Chimp platforms a plus
