Multimedia Designer (Digital) at Barbican CentreThe Barbican is looking for a fixed term Multimedia Designer (Digital) to support the Barbican’s brand identity and marketing campaigns by helping to create world-class digital design across our websites, emails, blogs, social media, plasma screens and display advertising.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of the most exciting and diverse Arts Centres in Europe and to help make a real difference to the Barbican`s marketing output. The in-house Design team looks after all of the Barbican’s print and digital output and is part of the wider Marketing Department.
As well as an eye for detail and design experience, the candidate would need to be highly organised, with great communication skills. The position would ideally suit a candidate who has previous experience working as part of an in-house design team (either agency or in-house) and has excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience of designing for live web projects, including mobile, is also essential.
