Bureau for Visual Affairs is a digital agency focussed on delivering content and utility driven user-experiences. We are looking for a Project & Studio Manager to support our team.

Responsibilities, Studio Management:
- Assist the Lead Designer and Creative Director in proposal writing
- Proof-reading all external communications including Website / Social / Proposals
- Manage the day to day running of the studio
- Manage the studio culture — arranging social events
- Manage the studio accounting

Responsibilities, Project Management:
- Work with the design and development team to ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget
- Track client billing
- Ensure various stakeholders are kept up to date
- Manage client feedback and be comfortable communicating scope-creep
- Manage project scheduling / agenda / note taking / meetings
- Manage client contracts & service agreements

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of a digital design process including UX, Design, Delivery
- Basic knowledge of InDesign
- Ability to present clearly and coherently to clients
