Gazelli Online Manager – Job description

Responsible for Gazelli’s online presence; improving the e-commerce shopping experience, increasing sales revenue, driving customer acquisition and raising the brand’s exposure online.

Manage the Gazelli website on a day-to-day basis, ensuring products, promotions and content are accurate and up to date
Manage relationships with external suppliers to provide efficient and costs effective support for outsourced services e.g. development agencies
Monitor website performance, reporting on key metrics alongside proposed improvements to hit KPIs
Define and implement regular website changes and functional upgrades
Manage website configurations and parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management, shipping)
Work with Operations Executive to ensure stock availability
Build a Gazelli Group website and manage any on-going content updates
Develop and execute the online marketing plan to deliver continuous growth and sales optimisation in line with business targets and KPIs
Manage the creation of all online content, from concept through to execution, with support from the Marketing Executive
Own the eCRM strategy ensuring a strategic, timely and effective flow of emails
Champion database growth through all business channels with support from the Marketing Executive
Understand and develop sources of traffic to increase online audience; paid search, SEO, affiliates, social media etc.
Produce reports to analyse performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions, alongside recommendations to improve sales conversions and customer engagement
Maintain brand integrity and premium positioning on 3rd party websites

‪Previous experience developing and managing retail customer websites
Previous experience across both acquisition and email / CRM to acquire, convert and retain customers
‪Exceptional IT skills and a practical knowledge of web technologies (HTML, SEO, CSS etc.)
An excellent understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics and Google Shop
‪Experience with the Magento web platform
‪Confident with data management systems, and fully proficient in Excel
‪A self starter, action orientated and autonomous
An in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of the online market
‪Meticulous and thorough, with good attention to detail
