Gazelli Events Manager – job description

Reports to: Commercial Director

- Create an original, inspiring and engaging event strategy for Gazelli House
- Implement the customer event programme in line with business objectives and KPIs (e.g. drive loyalty, footfall and sales)
- Own the executional success of events, continually reviewing commercial results, profitability and customer feedback
- Manage any external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver events
- Liaise with the House team to book in events, confirm staffing and brief the team appropriately
- Work with the Marketing Executive and Website Manager to promote the events effectively
- Brief the Creative Team to develop all event support materials
- Work with the VM Executive to source any event props
- Work with the Head of Education to offer specific training to the House team as required
- Attend all events to meet and greet attendees while supporting the House teams
- Manage all external event enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Proactively outreach to 3rd parties to drive private event bookings
- Manage the event budget, tracking costs and monitoring targets
- Provide regular reports to overview event results alongside proposed improvements and event format changes
- Support the PR agency to organise press events
- Work alongside the Marketing Executive to build and nurture brand partner relationships
- Attend and review industry / competitor events


• Own black book of London centric partners, suppliers and relevant contacts
• Experience in event management
• Confident, out-going and socialble
• A multi-tasker and team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
