Jo Malone London has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Design Manager.This role works closely with the VP of Global Creative on the conceptualization and development of large scale and unique branded environments. It is an opportunity to be integral creative contributor – and take design from concept to implementation. The role is incredibly multi-faceted and includes budget management, as well creative thinking. Must work well in a fast-paced environment, adhere to short timelines, be detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-through on multiple projects simultaneously that are often with short lead times and take place across the globe.

Duties include:

- Conceptualizing and rendering events to bring to life Jo Malone London campaign launches with a 360 vision
- Liaising with Global Communications, and regional managers on the role out and implementation of designs
- Evolve the look and feel of New Market and Store openings
- Partner with Global Communications to guide and produce Event Kits, and cost-effective ways of maximizing Brand Impact
- General production and design support for all programs
- Align across departments on objectives of launches that are creatively driven
- Providing concept designs and scenic elements through various visual tools, including the use of art, illustration, drawings, sketches, storyboards, 2D and 3D digital designs
- Understanding of bringing brands to life


- Experience in a similar role
- Must be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong communication skills, orally and written
- Background in event production, film/fashion production and/or theatrical production.
- Extremely organized and detail orientated
- Knowledgeable in the theatrical arts, creative arts and logistics of event planning
- Proven experience in managing small and large scale projects from inception to project completion
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
