Four Zero One is a London based branding and design studio. We combine an understanding of architecture and urban development with a clear and confident approach to visual communications. Our clients include developers, major landowners, cultural institutions and civic bodies. We offer honest and purposeful strategic services in the discipline of brand identity, exhibition, print and digital design.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with at least 5 years’ account/project management experience working at a creative design studio to join the team. Ideally you will have a passion for and experience of architecture and the built environment.

You will report to the Creative Director. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong and trusting long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating keen understanding of your client’s needs
and showing competence and commitment
- Expertly manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving and responding to requests.
- Managing multiple projects from concept to completion including briefing, management of all logistics through to client approval and delivery
- Presenting and selling creative work
- Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
- Nurturing and growing existing client accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions

Experience and attributes:

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:

- Personable and client-facing, with experience in creating and growing strong client relationships
- Engaging communication skills, ability to build strong relationships between teams and ensure various stakeholders are kept up to date on all projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment, with experience of big clients and multiple briefs
- Sound understanding of the materials and techniques associated with design (paper, print process, exhibition materials, digital development)
- Capable of briefing, organising, scheduling and getting the best from a group of designers and suppliers
- Strong project management skills and ability to work comfortably with project plans / spreadsheets
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong eye for modernist design
- Organised, curious and collaborative
