User Experience Consultant at RACThe RAC Digital team based in Bristol are looking for a User Experience Consultant who has been working in the B2C marketplace for 5 years or more to lead the definition of our user journeys through web and mobile.
The candidate will be a natural at revealing and understanding user behaviour to inform and guide them in creating engaging and effortless digital interactions which answer our business goals.
This role will take in all aspects of the RAC’s user experience design from understanding and informing product propositions, on to journey mapping using workshops and customer insight, leading to the creation and iteration of prototypes and wireframes that are tested face to face with our users. Throughout this process you will also be working closely with our visual designers and developers to ensure the smooth transition of ideas, that meet brand and technical requirements.
- Analysis of data, analytics, user insight and business goals.
- Mapping of user journeys.
- Prototype and wireframe creation.
- Planning, management and running of user testing workshops.
- Analysis of research findings and iteration of user journeys.
Expertise in software such as InVision, Sketch, Creative Cloud and the like is a must. Combined with solid understanding of the best practice in user-centered design and testing methodologies, including usability and accessibility standards.
