As a People Director, you will be a culture-maker with experience in organisational design, team building and have a knack for change management.
We’re looking for someone who can develop an exciting recruitment strategy, and has a clear vision for the business development in the next phase of growth. You will create a clear, exciting and impactful HR strategy that implements seamless tools and processes; and progressive policies that include talent acquisition, training and development, compensation & benefits and culture.
You will devise active programmes that nourish employee personal growth, and one which supports the best talent London has to offer. Your goal - ultimately - is to create an inspiring and effective environment that reflects, and builds upon, the company brand values, the passion for creativity and making things better.
We will be looking for candidates with demonstrable experience growing one or two startups, and preferably for a consumer-facing / entertainment brand. This is a senior, operational role that is not only rooted in HR strategy, but also branches across business development, organisational design, change management and succession planning.
