A leading Business Development consultancy working within the creative sectors, are looking for a New Business Junior Account Manager to join their team. The agency, who are a key partner to a plethora of well known digital, creative and marketing communications agencies, are looking for a confident junior to help connect such agencies with the brands they love.

What’s the role?

Joining as an entry level New Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new business for two marketing & creative agencies. You’ll get up and running quickly, with training and support throughout your role from the senior team. Whether you are contacting brands on behalf of the agencies you are representing, supporting agencies with their marketing activity; or working closely with clients to ensure you have a deep understanding of their businesses, it will be your essential input that ensures the client is kept happy with new business opportunities.
This role also allows you to explore new environments, spending 3 days per week in their office with the rest of the team, and 2 days per week working from the offices / studios of the agencies you will be supporting.

Who are they looking for?

They are keen to hear from sales savvy grads - this can be with a background in anything from charity fundraising and estate agency to recruitment and hospitality. They are keen to hear from interesting individuals who possess a passion to enter the creative agency world.
The agency is looking for a proactive and social junior, who prides themselves on relationship building and being a clear communicator.
You will be eager to achieve in your role and have a naturally enthusiastic approach to work. You will be meticulous in your attention to detail and preferably have experience in sales, customer service or support. You will have strong client-facing and presentation skills and be able to multitask.
