The Project Executive will work on the delivery of a number of projects across both the main Maverick agency and the Sports & Entertainment division. In this position you will be working closely with and supporting various members of the Client Services team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and organised; a creative self-starter.

Although the role will be split between the two departments, the successful candidate will work closely with the various divisions of the Maverick Group (brand & communication, experiential, digital & creative, film and engagement).

Key Tasks:

- Support the Client Services team in project delivery; from project planning through to budget tracking and end of campaign reporting
- Deliver excellent service and relationship management both internally and externally
- Take 100% ownership of assigned project delivery and service levels, whilst pro-actively providing assistance to senior Client Service team members
- Work with the account handling team to ensure projects are executed flawlessly and monitor performance to ensure any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally
- Communicate with the client/agency on project performance, by generating and delivering regular contact reports and WIP updates
- Produce initial estimates, briefs and invoices for review and approval by the line manager (or account team member)
- Attend appropriate client meetings with team members to enhance client relationship development
- Be the internal owner of all assigned accounts and be fully informed and able to provide information – when required – detailing objectives, issues and status of all live projects
- Support members of the team in putting together pitches and proposals

Core Competencies:

- Enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about delivering for clients
- A background in, or exposure to marketing is desirable
- Completed studies in a marketing, digital or other analytical course will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the sports and/or entertainment marketing industry is a benefit
- Ability to see the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk
- Committed to providing excellent support to deliver the highest levels of client service to ensure retention and growth of allocated accounts
- Seeks ownership and readily accepts accountability
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships, externally and internally
- Strong time management and organisational skills to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
- Confident and excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail
- Fast learner and eager to deepen knowledge and understanding
- Numerate, with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages
