Project Manager at Colorido Studios

Colorido Studios are looking for a mid-weight PM/Producer for our busy studio in Covent Garden.

You will be familiar with the activities required to plan and produce web and print projects, photo and film shoots and animations projects among others.

You might not have done everything by yourself before, but that’s ok, as you’ll have support of some very experienced Creative Directors to steer your enthusiasm and energy. A self-starting, get-it-done mentality is a great substitute for experience where necessary.

You’ll be a stickler for the quality of the product and the service provided to the client. You’re not a nine to fiver. You’ll book and run meetings with staff to discuss production progress and keep everything and everyone on track in the run up to and on the day of production.

You’ll also be able to perform more admin type project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, resource planning and reporting, as well as execution and monitoring. You’ll be familiar with the processes and tools needed, like running a planning meeting, producing timelines and budgets, using presentation software, spreadsheets, calendars, calculators, whiteboards, bribery and above all humour to get the job done.

You will often be a key point of contact with clients, so you will need to be completely at ease discussing projects with senior personnel and be able to instil calm and confidence in clients with all expectations managed and reports and communications prepared in advance.

This is a key role in a growing studio to help the clients and the business directors to fully produce their creative vision, on budget and on time. It's really important for you, and for us, that you enjoy what you do, and that includes feeling strongly about the quality of the work that you help to produce.

Only Successful applicants will be contacted.
