As a digital marketing executive at The Barn, you will have the opportunity to work alongside business owners, entrepreneurs, and the most creative leaders in the fashion industry.
The ideal candidate will need a head for detail and a serious interest in the fashion and luxury industries and must be able to think creatively about the fast-moving nature of fashion commerce and fashion branding.
Your work in this position will contribute to the process of promoting our clients’ brands and websites through online advertising. You will have the opportunity to work with Google Search, Display and Video marketing using AdWords, as well as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
You will be expected to write ad copy, manage Google AdWords accounts, optimise campaign performance, create social media updates, and manage online marketing tasks for live client projects. You will bring strong writing and communications skills to the job as well as ruthless attention to detail. You will be joining a small team and be expected to learn quickly whilst on the job, and be highly knowledgeable when it comes to using internet technologies.
To this effect, your work will focus on writing concise and professional ad copy and social media posts (where appropriate), optimising pay per click bids and budgets, analysing keyword, ad, audience, and site performance data, and identifying opportunities to help our clients achieve their goals. You will also be able to continually identify new avenues to promote our clients’ websites and brands.
• Excellent written English (English copy writing skills will be tested)
• Must hold a bachelor's degree
• A real interest in the fashion and luxury industries
• Prior knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook advertising
• Able to analyse large volumes of data and graphs to spot trends
• A minimum of 2 years experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred)
PPC management experience
Experience using Google Analytics
Experience using landing page testing platforms
Ability to speak other Western / Northern European languages
Knowledge of the following:
Facebook Business Manager
Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin Ads
Snapchat / Pinterest / Tumblr
