Kingdom is a BAFTA and Webby award winning digital agency based in Shoreditch. Creative use of technology is at the heart of everything we do. We work with an exciting and varied list of clients ranging from public organisations, consumer brands and private enterprises, to create compelling digital engagement that includes mobile, web and game development as well as a host of other technologies.

We are looking for a talented junior digital designer with a very strong interest in technology to join our ranks.

Skills required:

Advanced use of the following software packages is essential:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign

Other essential skills:

- Advanced Apple Mac user
- Awareness of Responsive design and its restrictions
- Some understanding of UX principles and how this can shape design and concepts

Desirable (but not essential) skills:

- Sketch, and/or other digital design software
- Knowledge of online, app, digital design
- Other ‘prototyping’ software (Marvel, Invision)
- Animation and motion design
- Awareness of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Awareness of multiple design languages (Material design, Fluent design etc)

• Coming up with creative concepts from scratch and visualising them
• Ad-hoc brainstorms and work in a creative team
• Producing artwork
• Scamp and create in-situ mock ups
• UX, wire framing
• UI design and production (including style guides & documentation for development teams)
• Extensive QA involvement of projects, testing, validating
• General and design assistance to other designers and directors
• From time to time as the company requires answer phones

- Good communication skills
- Organised
- Very strong interest in technology
- Knowledgeable of current and future technologies
- Strong portfolio of various projects & design outputs
- Keen interest in full rounded design
- Versatile attitude and a dedicated work ethic a must
- Willing to learn and assist whenever necessary
