We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic designer to join our expanding team in London. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to progress quickly and who sees themselves in a Creative Director / Design Director position in the future. This role offers rapid career progression for the right individual.

As a designer you will play an intrinsic part in the creative process. You will be involved in the brief-taking process, conceptualising a brand and rolling it out across a range of media platforms. You will have an interest in place and the built environment and your finger on the pulse in terms of cutting-edge design.

Designer Overview

Designers are responsible for the delivery and quality of the creative output of the agency. They:

- Must work closely and effectively with the Client Services teams, Senior Designers and Creative/Design Director to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Work closely with and understand the client or clients’ brief to deliver their business objectives and develop appropriate creative solutions to meet them

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptual thinking and brainstorming
- Undertaking research projects, investigating background information and reporting findings
- Design graphics to compliment text and visually enhance documents and campaigns
- Deliver appropriate creative solutions
- Presenting and rationalising creative to colleagues and occasionally in pitches throughout the design process
- Assist where possible with the design of digital output including animation and video post-production
- Design and deliver guidelines for use by other
- Maintain company design standard
- Work with the company Briefcase system in order to keep accurate records, follow the work timetable and stick to pre-agreed budgets and costing
- Where appropriate, work with a Senior Designer, Creative/Design Director and other colleagues while also generating ideas that complement the overall creative approach
- Briefing and liaising with external suppliers (printers, photographers, etc.) if require
- Creating headlines to be used across media and working with copywriter when required
