Digital Project Manager at Kingdom London

Kingdom London is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join it’s small London based team. The candidate will work within a fast paced environment across a variety of projects and technologies. They will have a highly organised, pro-active and hands-on approach and would be a bonus if they have delivered a number of successful digital projects using established project management methodologies and techniques.

The candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires problem solving skills, foresight, multi-tasking and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication and project ownership. You will be responsible for a range of client focused digital products and services, including website development, mobile app, augmented reality, game development and experiential interfaces.

- Project brainstorming and concept development
- Project planning, scheduling and resourcing
- Liaising with the design/content/development team on a regular basis to ensure the project deliverables are on-track
- Liaising with the client and other key stakeholders throughout the course of the project
- Work to maximise and continually improve team and work-flow efficiency
- Reporting on project progress to company senior staff members
- Carry out frequent project risk analysis and risk mitigation
- Research project management methodologies and trends and feed into the team
- Performing other duties as assigned eg. new business assistance, testing, general studio management

Role requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Preferably experience of Project Management for mobile, gaming, experiential and web applications
- Ability to interpret and question complex creative digital briefs
- Natural ability for lateral thinking and approaching briefs from a unique angle
- Ability to identify opportunities to expand a brief and grow our offering
- Ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines
- Awareness and practice with Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Thorough understanding of the design, software development and deployment work-flow
- Thorough awareness of the risks and risk mitigation in relation to the above
- A thorough understanding of different team member requirements at different points of a project
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers and company management
- Strong people, negotiation and communication skills
- Facilitating prototyping and user evaluation process
- An eye for detail in every aspect of your workflow and that of related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Arrange project debrief sessions with the team and carry forward learnings
- Understanding of common software project management practices
- Understanding of common software development practices
- Industry aware and an innate interest in technology and trends

Technical requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel)
- Digital Prototyping Software preferable (InVision, Pixate, Keynote or similar)
- Gantt chart and common project management software
- Google Docs

- Portfolio and references to accompany resume
