What we are looking for …
We need an enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated individual with an inquisitive mind to help us run our business. It is a full-time role for an all-round studio administrator, which will include a variety of day to day tasks involved in running an agency, from managing team movements and timesheet management to invoicing and expenses, the latter supported by our external finance team.

Working closely with the directors and Head of Campaign Management there is scope to develop account management responsibilities.

Who we are looking for …
We are looking for somebody who can fit into an environment, which reacts to the opportunities that present themselves and has a willingness to turn their hand to most things. This requires you to have a ‘let’s get on with it’ approach to life and a sense of humour will be a distinct advantage!

As Studio Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many existing and new clients so fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with a positive and helpful attitude.

Experience working in an agency/studio environment would be an advantage but not essential. You will need to be social media savvy and know your way round a Mac as well as the standard Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of CRM systems would also be useful.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week. Holiday entitlement will be 25 days pa excluding statutory holidays.
