Junior UX Designer at ThirtyThreeAs a Junior UX Designer in the creative team, you’ll help us design and refine the UX for high profile clients and get involved in broader projects.
ThirtyThree is an award winning employer branding agency with an impressive list of clients including McDonalds, BP, Royal Mail and EE (to name just a few). Based in London and Bristol, with offices in Birmingham, New York and Hong Kong, we're experts in all aspects of recruitment and employee communications (ooh, get us). And, after our recent acquisition by Capita, the potential for growth and development has gone through the roof.
Creating great user experiences - that’s what this job is all about. Working alongside researchers, writers, designers, developers and project managers you’ll support a wide range of projects from start to finish. You’re a champion of user centred design. You’ll be able to express design ideas through sitemaps, user flows and wireframes and translate these into clickable prototypes. And of course we’ll offer lots of support along the way.
Ideally you’ll have experience running user testing sessions and be familiar with software such as Optimal Sort, Sketch & InVision. What we’re really looking for is someone that is pro-active in ensuring we deliver top-notch user experiences and can use their initiative when required. Sound like you? We’d love to get our hands on your UX portfolio to see what you have to offer us.
