Working in a fast-paced food business environment, the role is to support the Marketing Manager and wider team in the successful delivery of site based marketing, customer engagement and innovation across the B&I contract catering business.

Primary role will be to work with our sites to develop their bespoke marketing and customer engagement plans using traditional and digital methods to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Experience:
- Creation, launch and analysis of marketing and comms plans
- Worked across social media channels
- Worked in a marketing role previously for 2+ years
- Project management

Knowledge:
- Marketing tools and techniques
- Social media platforms
- Knowledge of PR / content writing
- Understand contract catering / hospitality industry / food industry
- Degree educated

Skills:
- Creative (both visually and written)
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Proof reading
- Time management, prioritising and managing multiple projects
- Proficient Adobe Suite software; InDesign & Photoshop

Responsibilities

Site Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Work with site managers to create bespoke marketing calendars
- Manage the creation, roll out and development of our site marketing apps
- Creation of marketing and customer engagement plans for mobilisations and site refreshes
- Work with Marketing Manager on mobilisations
- Develop new marketing and signage ideas for sites
- Track impact of campaign success and report back to wider business
- Ensure designs evolve to reflect the business and high street trends with Graphic Designer
- Ensure monthly marketing recharges are kept up to date
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop site Marketing Champions
- Share best practice and examples of great retail delivery with sites
- Help our teams develop their marketing skills through training, sharing best practice and innovation

Lexington Comms:
- Develop Instagram account
- Create social media micro stories for Instagram and Twitter
- Create content for blog on website
- Ensure website is kept up to date and content changed when necessary
- Monitor social media and website analytics
- Assist with organisation of internal and external events to promote Lexington brand
- Monitoring new high street and restaurant openings in London
- Updating and managing the marketing section of LexTalk
- Supporting with ad-hoc sales / marketing requests
- Support Marketing Manager and Food Team with product development
- Ensure all Lexington brand guidelines are adhered to across business
- Promote Lexington culture, food concepts and brand across business
