Assistant - Creative Service Department at Designers Guild

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic assistant to work in our Creative Services department, providing both practical support for photo shoots, events and installations, and administrative support as required to the Head of Department and PA to the Creative Director.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated and good at time-management. This is a hands-on role which requires practical skills, physical work and overseas travel. You will need to be able to drive.

Duties will vary across projects, from helping to collate props, ironing, packing & unpacking shipments and assisting with display installations, to supporting the Senior Manager and Creative Director with administrative and practical tasks.

Experience of Excel and Word is essential.
