And now it’s time for them to add a new Account Manager to the team, someone who will ideally share their values and collaborative culture, learn from your Account Director and other account managers in the team, and work your way up the ladder. It's a team where people grow and they stay long-term because you are nurtured and looked after. You’d work closely with a founding partners too and a brilliant strategy and creative team.
