Studio Assistant at CompletedworksWe are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our small team full time on a 12 month basis. You will be an instrumental part of developing and driving the brand forward and as part of a small team will be expected to be adaptable, conscientious and detail orientated. The role includes -
Client Services & Sales:
- Dealing with email and telephone enquiries as they come in;
- Showroom appointments;
- Set up and attendance of exhibitions and trunk shows;
- Assisting with sales reporting and forecasting;
- Assisting with media planning and content strategies;
- Creation of materials for sales proposals and new collections;
- Product and content updates of website and social media.
Providing a memorable experience for all clients in regards to all aspects of their order:
- Preparing orders for shipment in our signature packaging, ensuring the receipt is memorable for our clients;
- Ensuring all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order;
- Inspection of products to ensure quality and spec, as well as recording and dealing with any errors or issues as they arise;
- Ensuring quality, delivery commitment and other objectives are met;
- Monitoring any disruptions or delays to stock, as well as the production timeline of bespoke orders and appraising clients.
- Day to day bookkeeping;
- Management of studio calendar and studio supplies, ensuring the smooth running of a busy studio with constantly changing priorities;
- Inventory and database management;
- Organisation of studio and archives;
- Various aspects of logistics.
Skills & Experience:
You will be expected to be flexible and carry out tasks independently. Self-motivation, attention to detail and an ability to anticipate the needs of the studio and team, as well as an interest in jewellery are essential. You must be meticulous in your work and be able to prioritise your workload to ensure tasks are completed smoothly and without delay.
