..and 2017 is lining up to eclipse this, so we are crewing up and are looking for a Creative Strategist to join us.
We aim to break new ground as an agency and this has resulted in us producing a range of award winning campaigns, working with a variety of clients and utilising multiple platforms in order to their messages out there.
The right person for us will also be as varied in the work they have done with a proven track record of seizing the difficult, celebrating the unique and therefore wanting to be on the front line of the revolution with us.
As with all roles, there are certain requirements. Our Creative Strategist will:
Be embedded in the creative team to provide insight, direction and structure for our creative work
Attend briefings, client meetings and debriefs, working with our Senior Engagement Strategist to provide strategic support
Review, analyse, develop the creative direction of projects
Be part of our new business process from interrogating briefs, to developing and structuring creative presentations
Assist the Client Services and Engagement Strategy team to provide guidance and direction internally and externally
Take an active interest in ’popular culture’ – how it’s changing, evolving or regressing – drawing on that knowledge when developing creative strategy
Be experienced within the brand and ideally charity sectors
Have experience in developing creative for integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential and OOH
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an agency environment in a similar role
