Mid-weight to Senior Designer at Campbell Hay

Campbell Hay are a London based, multi-disciplinary studio with a fast moving, fun loving team. We are looking for a middle-weight/senior designer with digital experience. We work collaboratively across strategy, design and development disciplines. Client interaction is positively encouraged. Our clients operate in sectors across tech, fashion, property and food.

The role provides the opportunity to be part of, and influence, the direction of a growing studio. You should be a dynamic, passionate, designer with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be working on projects from inception through to delivery with a diverse, talented team of like minded creative thinkers.

Core requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the industry
- Present a portfolio of client projects that demonstrate a core range of skills in; strategic thinking, identity creation, art-direction, typography, UX/UI design & implementation
- Passionate and talented team player
- You are able to think through problems both strategically and creatively
- Consider project constraints and challenges
- You are a confident and articulate communicator
- You are an original thinker and aware of current design and cultural trends
- Provide and receive feedback with a positive and constructive attitude and work as part of a team
- You are able to think about the big picture while also crafting the finer details
- You are looking to challenge yourself and grow into a senior/leadership role
- Have intimate knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience of print process & production
- Understanding of: Video editing suite, HTML, CSS and experience of working alongside developers
- UK visa or European Union passport

Considered advantageous:
- Previous experience of packaging & packaging visualisation
- Knowledge of 3D software
- Experience working with interactive installations
- Photographic skills
