This role will sit within a small team at the world-renowned photographer’s studio in Chancery Lane, London. This position allows for the candidate to work with a talented and collaborative team, interacting with exceptional creatives, whilst obtaining an insider’s view of working in a photographic studio. Please note, this is not a creative role. It is heavily admin based and you mainly be working with the Director Catherine Bailey. The studio is an intimate family environment and there are often dogs visiting. You will be looking after and supporting many aspects of David and Catherine’s lives with speed, efficiency and diligence, ensuring completion of all tasks and communicating updates. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and have a strong personality with a sense of humour, work well under pressure and have experience in a fast paced/high stress environment.

Responsibilities:
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel and accommodation and travelling with the Directors
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Directors
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Responsibility for accounts, budgets, expenses and petty cash
- Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management
- Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
- Being involved in decision-making processes
- To be proactive with the growth and activity on Social Media channels
- Assisting on shoot days
- Building relationships and working with accountants, lawyers, property managers and agents

Experience and skills:
- Substantial experience in professional and personal assisting to high profile individuals or a well know brand
- Substantial experience in heavy administration
- Sense of humour
- Strong character
- Tenacious
- Strong communication skills
- High organisation
- Independent
- Thick skinned
- Good Mac, Microsoft Office and IT skills
