Traffic Manager at RepresentOur client, an agency who are part developer, part owner and part creative studio, have built a multidisciplinary team that specialises in hotels, resorts, bars, restaurants and unique experiences. Now, they are looking for a Traffic Manager to join their design studio.
You’ll be an instrumental part of a growing design studio, working closely with the Head of Graphic Design and Brand Directors to ensure efficient workflow management, ideally implementing processes and softwares you have previously worked on. Your role will be to ensure the successful delivery of each project from the initial brief through to the final invoice.
You must be organised and able to juggle projects from small to large, as well as have a good knowledge of print production, and be able to manage workloads and schedules across the team.
You will be the first point of contact for all departments to manage workflow of briefs coming into the design studio. You will liaise with brand team to align on priorities and content of briefs to ensure that briefs align to brand plan and positioning, and you will build clear project plans setting in place key milestones and deliverables.
You will schedule and lead project meetings and updates to include both design team and other departments for input/sign off when necessary. You will also develop and own project reporting system, ensuring that projects are tracked, information is up to date and any key issues are called out and addressed in a timely manor as well as supporting the team on booking photoshoots, photographers and accommodation.
When it comes to production, you are able to understand print specs and brief suppliers efficiently. You will lead the production process of projects sourcing a variety of suppliers are sourced to deliver best cost and quality and will ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.
