They have finally opened their doors to a Programme Manager who will support a Programme Director or Principal as part of a larger team or drive small-mid sized projects on your own. Continually seeking to contribute to a creative partnership that will ideally become a long-term client relationship.
You will have worked on several types of accounts in an agency or client environment, with experience of handling multiple workstreams over a mix of clients and sectors. You will have had a mix of projects you have run independently as well as working into an Account Director or Client Services Director. Launching products and services to market, managing research and insight programs, and fluency with innovation is a plus. Experience working in other geographies or markets, and fluency in a second language are also desirable.
Solid project management skills with considerable experience in budgeting, revenue and forecasting, scheduling and client relationship skills are key to this role. You will also be articulate and confident when presenting work, with an emerging point of view on the right way to deliver a project, while still being open to learning new ways of working.
