Paid Search Manager at MyBuilder helps homeowners find reliable tradesmen through the power of online reviews. We’re a market leader in the UK and are part of IAC, a well known New York based internet group (Tripadvisor, Vimeo,, Tinder, HomeAdvisor, etc.). MyBuilder operates throughout the UK and our office is located in Clerkenwell, Central London. Our headquarters reflect our unique culture: we have an office bar, guitars, a staff band and colleagues who cook each other lunch.

As our PPC Manager, you will be responsible for building and optimising our paid campaigns across Google, Bing and Facebook. Working within the marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our content team who will help you create and test effective copy. You will need to optimise based on seasonality and continuing shifts in the marketplace balance.

PPC has historically been our biggest paid customer acquisition tool and therefore one of the largest spends in the business, so you will be responsible for ensuring we get a good ROI across all campaigns while growing the account as aggressively as possible. We’re aiming to become the go-to resource when looking for a tradesman, and your work will play a huge part in making that happen.

You’ll also be asked to provide performance reporting internally and to our parent company, sourcing data from Adwords, GA and our internal admin system, helping the team to understand our acquisition channels and how the interact with each other.

The right person will have at least 3 years experience being hands-on with complex PPC accounts, and consider yourself an advanced user of Google Adwords, Bing and Facebook Advertising. Your analytical mind means you are comfortable pulling data from Google Analytics and Adwords, and undertaking analysis in Excel and Sheets.

You will be able to identify opportunities for account growth and ways we can scale our accounts efficiently over time. Understanding of the marketing funnel and offering new ideas on how to acquire are important, while experience in SEO and affiliate marketing would also be a great bonus in the role.

We’ll set you up with a shiny new Mac and a spacious workspace at our lovely office located in Clerkenwell. You’ll enjoy the best coffee around, great food and regular team outings. Most importantly, you’ll be in great company, surrounded by a top-flight team on a mission to make the world a better place, one project at a time.

We also offer:
- Competitive salary
- Company pension
- Cycle to work scheme
- Fresh food and exotic drinks (alcoholic and non)
- Foosball, darts, skateboards & guitars
