This is a unique opportunity to join City Pantry at the beginning of our marketing journey. Our new PPC Manager will be able to shape our paid marketing strategy from the start. You will work across channels (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Linkedin Ads, Instagram Ads), managing campaigns and reporting on insights to drive our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for a diverse and challenging range of tasks, so you’ll need to be able to think fast but smart in a rapidly changing environment. You’ll be joining our marketing team and reporting to our Head of Growth.

Working with us as a PPC Manager, you will:
- Manage our campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Adwords from launch to scale
- Improve our campaigns over time and uncover new opportunities for each channel
- Create relevant landing pages and optimize them
- Analyse performance of each channel and report back on the insights
- Analyse our data on Google Analytics and uncover pain points in our customer journey
- Help develop our marketing strategy based on insights collected

We do what we say we will. Here's what we'll need from you:
- Analytical – you’re confident with numbers and enjoy analysing data and generating meaningful insights.
- Constantly curious – you love learning new things and are proactive in asking about the ‘why’ and ‘how’. You’re a fast learner and enjoying absorbing lots of new information.
- Highly organised – you have a natural desire to keep things up-to-date, write to-do lists, create tracker documents to ensure nothing gets missed and things happen on time.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing
- Extensive experience in running campaigns with Google Adwords and Facebook ads (experience with Linkedin ads a bonus) and experience analyzing Google Analytics data.
- Demonstrated strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
