Account Manager at AnatomyWe’re looking for a savvy and proactive Senior Account Manager who would relish the challenge of making their mark on our small but talented brand agency. We have a flat structure and a real team spirit with a great atmosphere.
We work flexibly with a range of clients of all shapes and sizes. We’re looking for a genuine all-rounder that can have a discussion about web build one minute and manage print delivery the next - whilst commenting on brand positioning in-between.
You will be embedded in key accounts but need to have some understanding of all the accounts in the agency, working with the Managing Partner on resource and delivery. These will be a mixture of end-to-end branding projects and one-off items of collateral. You will be supported by a Project Manager.
As someone who understands the client and their business, when it comes to idea generation and critiquing the team’s work, your guidance will be invaluable. You’ll also be required to write a mean brief and a bulletproof proposal.
Anatomy was set up in March 2016, made up of four partners who work in the business. Our skill sets encompass research, marketing, brand strategy, design and copywriting.
We value openness and honesty and don’t tolerate politics. We have a flat structure we all pull together and support each other. We’re also open about financial performance and targets. We have a hard/soft bonus scheme based on company targets and individual performance. If that doesn’t sound interesting, we’re probably not the right agency.
We specialise in brand strategy, identity and roll out as well as providing marketing strategy for our smaller clients.
We have clients in cinema, food and restaurants, private wealth, technology, healthcare, consulting, fashion, jewellery and travel.
We’re a driven lot. But enjoying our work and creating a fun, supportive and relaxed working environment has always been our primary motivator - ahead of fee income and taking work at any cost. We generally don’t work late and enjoy company drinks when we can.

- Experience running brand projects end-to-end: Research - Strategy - Identity - Roll Out (digital, web build, print & production, content)
- B2B & B2C experience
- Excellent written English and proofing skills
