About You

You're an enthusiastic, talented and passionate designer at the start of your career. Ideally with 1–2 years experience and extremely driven to succeed in the industry. In return, you will be working in a small design team on a large range of projects.

You must have a passion for all aspects of design but a strong demonstration of branding in your skillset is key. Digital design skills are preferable.

You're comfortable collaborating in a team or working on your own. You have an understanding of strategy with strong attention to detail.

You have experience that spans identity creation, digital (websites/apps), print and campaigns. You know your way around the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and can show creative thinking away from a screen.

Job Description

Working directly within the design team, you will be reporting into and supporting Designers on projects. Demonstrating clear understanding of briefs for projects within design and branding across campaigns, environments, typography, digital, photography and moving image. Aspirations to develop to a Mid-weight Designer role within 2 - 3 years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of briefs and tasks from the design team.

  • Developing creative concepts and designs.

  • Assist and collaborate with Senior Members of the team on projects.

  • Be open to reviews and critiques of work from the wider design team.

  • Communicate with Project Managers and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and expectations fulfilled.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

  • Work within brand guidelines, but seek new ways to push boundaries delivering original work.

  • Always be pushing forward to add more value to the team's output.

  • Maintain Job Folder structures and file naming conventions.
