If you’re a designer with a zingy portfolio, if emerging tech is your bag, if disruption and breaking things to make them better makes you excited, and a work-life with a sprinkling of art and culture makes you giddy, welcome to your dream job – we’d love to hear from you.

We have a tremendous roster of clients and are inviting applications from mid-weight designers who would like to join our bench. We promise great briefs, a steady pipeline of projects, and good rates.

You’ll work on digital and print projects, from websites to white papers and event collateral. You’ll dig into what makes our clients incredible, then bring it to life for their customers.

We’re a marketing and business development practice with offices in London and Dublin, with clients all over the world – who give us challenging briefs, and boundless creative support.

Nitty-gritty: this is a freelance 12-month contract, great rates, with 5 weeks paid holidays plus Bank Holidays – with the flexibility to work from home if that suits you. In our Clerkenwell, London office you’ll get unlimited coffee, healthy and unhealthy snacks, free gym, social events, seminars and training.

Sound like your thing? Awesome – in your portfolio and CV, show us:

  • Your experience as a designer – at least 3 years either in-house or agency side, preferably with a comms, PR or marketing slant
  • Your creative flair – with a strong visual sense and the ability to create and implement original design concepts
  • Your team spirit – you’re flexible and practical when faced with a changing brief, you love to collaborate, and you uphold exceptional design standards
  • Your skills with the tools of the trade – that means Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus After Effects, Premier Pro, and tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. You’ll also need experience building in a CMS – we use Wordpress, but if you know your way around something else that’s fine too
  • Your presenting skills – you know how to convince clients and stakeholders that your ideas are brilliant. You love to get feedback too
