Widely regarded as the bike industry's foremost innovator, Cannondale continues to lead and pioneer in all aspects of cycling with its creative and experimental approach. Nearing its 50th anniversary the brand is actively looking for digitally savvy Graphic Design talent to join its recently formed design and creative team based in Frome (Somerset, UK). The Frome office is Cannondale’s global creative hub which focusses on design innovation and quality whilst ensuring continued brand purity and global relevance. It produces all of the brand’s graphic output – from a variety of campaigns, web design, POS, social media assets, etc.

The successful applicant must have a solid graphic design background, be fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, have a super-keen eye for detail and be a team player. If you like bikes, then that is great too, but it is not a deal breaker. Knowledge, interest or involvement in any sport, fashion or design fields is highly desirable.

Cannondale require an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic graphic designer.

You will work across a broad and varied range of projects following brand guidelines and implementing the Cannondale design vision across a wide range of briefs from the global marketing team.

Reporting into the Design Team, this role will require a close working relationship with both the Art Director and design team, creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative discussion.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience designing digital and print for another brand or agency.

Strong eye for detail and perfectionist attitude is essential.

Must be organised and clear communicator with a problem-solving mentality.

Excellent IT skills.

Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Ability to prioritise and manage workflow.

Experience of working in a fast-paced creative agency.

Experience with video editing and animation.

Knowledge of UX and UI design.
