FIELD.IO is a creative studio specialised in art + technology. Working with the most innovative brands and institutions worldwide, we translate complex narratives into powerful, emotional and accessible artworks for branding, campaigns and spaces.

We are a team of 20+ artists, designers, coders and producers, creating new formats of brand communication using code and data, moving image and interaction, sculpture and spatial experiences – immersive artworks that reflect on how technology is changing our world today.

We're an international group of people who work hard to create cutting edge work, enjoy learning and exchange, (also food and ping pong), and look out for each other.

We are looking for a Senior Producer (m/f/d) to join our team in London on a permanent basis – with 4+ years experience in production / project management and a proven track record of handling digital arts projects on a commercial scale.

You must be well familiar with workflows in either:
  • CG / motion design / 3D animation, or
  • code / realtime and interactive projects and spatial installations.

We’re looking for someone who’s calm and kick-ass in equal measures, with a firm but flexible approach. Someone who is as passionate and determined as we are to support and deliver the highest quality of work.

In this role, you’ll be…
  • Working on the highest calibre of design projects for brands and institutions world-wide.
  • Producing outstanding creative work with small, close-knit teams in our studio in London, as well as collaborating remotely with our team in Berlin.
  • The pivot point between clients, partners, team, freelance team, direction and management, supporting Creative Directors and Creative Leads to deliver best possible work.
  • Managing 1-3 projects in parallel.
  • Travelling in Europe and worldwide occasionally for project meetings and installs.

We look out for diversity on all levels in our team, and are happy to discuss part-time or family-friendly hours.
