As Client Partner, you will play a critical leadership role with our biggest clients, providing strategic marketing support for business owners, understanding their business challenges, developing strategies and campaigns, as well as delivering ROI and driving commercial growth for Studio La Plage.

The role will also be a senior commercial lead across our entire client portfolio, working as a strategic advisor to senior clients, as well as building, upskilling and mentoring our growing client services team. Equally important is someone who will inspire and motivate our studio, who has a passion for driving fantastic creative work.


  • Be a vastly experienced client service professional, already operating at Business Director/Client Partner level, or a seriously ambitious and talented Senior Account Director ready for the next step in their career
  • Become the agency’s most senior client lead, responsible for driving the profitability, effectiveness and efficiency of our accounts, and forging strong, lasting, trusted relationships with senior clients.
  • Understand and influence client strategies, identifying and solving key marketing and business challenges – translating this understanding into actionable studio briefings.
  • Ensure clients are retaining us year-on-year, securing account growth ahead of targets.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams across the agency, building positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Provide effective leadership for the Studio La Plage client services team
  • Keep the leadership team updated on our accounts from a strategic and financial perspective, as well as highlighting the health of our relationships and any potential opportunities and threats.
  • Set financial targets and manage long-range forecasting for each client, writing and updating detailed account plans.
  • Handle P&L across a range of accounts and stay on top of day-to-day project/account finances.
  • Lead project-based financial discussions and negotiations with clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities from both existing and new clients to support the business with its ambitious growth plans.


  • Constantly seek out new opportunities to be face-to-face with clients, pitching new ideas to help their business flourish and grow our accounts.
  • Be an outstanding manager, mentor and role model for the entire studio, leading by example, nurturing talent and being passionate about the great work we do.
  • Make lightning quick decisions and use your experience to anticipate problems and challenges before they happen.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, identifying the agency advantage and advising clients accordingly
  • Be an inspirational and influential presenter for C-suite level clients.
  • Stay cool and calm under pressure.


At least 10 years’ experience leading major integrated accounts at world-leading creative-focused marketing agencies.

We’re looking for a serious industry player with an entrepreneurial mindset, who can take the agency to the next level and carve out a more senior leadership role for themselves within the business.
