Who are we?
Human After All is a design agency in London. We create brand-led communications for some of the world’s most influential organisations. Many of our clients work in the tech and purpose sectors. Our team brings reason and empathy to everything we do.

What do we need our senior copywriter to do?
For this hire, we’re seeking someone who will thrive on projects for our biggest clients in the tech space. Our copy work spans a variety of forms, from branding to longform content. But no matter what a project involves, there are common things a senior copywriter will do.

During projects, we need you to:

  • Research and plan: You’re comfortable researching and reporting back, conducting content audits and planning your approach.
  • Take part in or run workshops: You can coordinate working sessions.
  • Understand the needs of a brief: You can ask the right questions to inform an intelligent response. You enjoy unpicking complex briefs!
  • Write effective copy in a variety of contexts: From project pitches to tone of voice guides, longform editorial to four-word CTAs, you’ll demonstrate a fearsome command of the English language — and a meticulous eye for detail.

In general, we need you to:

  • Share skills: You take the initiative to learn new ways of working and to share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Plan and prepare: You can help plan workflows.
  • Communicate and present: You can create presentations and confidently deliver them to colleagues and clients.

We don’t need you to manage anyone, but you’ll need the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on the work of others. We also need you to have the right to work in the UK. And it would be good if you have experience working in B2B and with tech brands.

You’ll get to spend your working days in our rooftop studio in Dalston. You’ll get feedback and advice every day from the team you work with. And together we’ll decide how best to spend the £750 training budget that you’re given every year.

On top of that, you’ll get:

  1. A Macbook Pro
  2. 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays
  3. Studio lunches, social events, BBQs and other clubs
  4. Above-statutory maternity and paternity packages
  5. Comprehensive, fully subsidised private health insurance from Vitality. This includes: an Employee Assistance Programme; discounted gym membership; fitness tracking devices; Amazon Prime, and cinema tickets
