A fantastic opportunity has arisen for individuals with an interest in graphic and space design within the arts to gain invaluable experience in one of London’s most exciting cultural events.

Photo London is a high-end photography fair that runs annually at the iconic Somerset House, featuring over 100 internationally renowned galleries and emerging galleries from all over the world. Photo London also includes an extensive public programme of talks, screenings and five exclusive exhibitions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team full time from March, until late May when the fair takes place. The tasks would be to assist with the organisation, design and production of the signage and wayfinding for Photo London, as well as graphics for photography exhibitions.

The position will be paid and successful candidates will also receive an employee benefits package, including exhibition tickets, access for the duration of the event and free entry into some of our exclusive Photo London events.

Please note we will also be recruiting a team to help supervise during the install of Photo London, from Friday 8th until Tuesday 12th of May. If you would also like to be considered for this support role, please specify so your application.

We expect from applicants:

  • Good working knowledge of the Adobe package, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Studies in Graphic, Space, Exhibition Design or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of design for printing.
  • A portfolio that shows previous interest in the role of graphics within a 3D context.
  • Availability to work full time during this period (some days could be worked remotely).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
