About the role:

We’re looking for a enthusiastic, forward thinking and talented Creative Assistant/ Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative department. You’ll be supporting our team, working alongside the Head of Creative and Brands Manager to create brilliant promotional content and on-site collateral across our growing number of venue brands and events.

This is a fast-paced environment so you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running using all the tools across Adobe Suite, with graphic design at the core, the role requires someone with a proven understanding of video editing and motion graphics. The requirements for video content in our industry have increased rapidly so we want someone who is ready to grow and develop in this area.

Printworks, Drumsheds and Depot are hosting world leading parties and this is an opportunity for a designer eager to learn and develop, to put their stamp on these venues. With some exciting new projects in the pipeline there is real potential to grow within our exciting, fast paced company.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Artworking digital & print assets across our in-house portfolio.
  • Delivering on-site brand material for our in-house events.
  • Supporting the creative team on day to day design tasks.
  • Supporting the in house videographer on shoots, editing and data management.
  • Other ad hoc duties as they arise.

You must have:

  • Experience in graphic design and videography (at least 1 - 2 years experience).
  • Proven motion design experience (this could be personal or client work).
  • Design and layout skills including typography, photography and graphics.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID), After Effects and Premiere Pro is also a must.
  • A relevant degree or qualification in Graphic Design, or equilivant experience.
  • Creative, independent, detail-minded.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with cross-functional teams and multitask to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Acute awareness of social media, youth culture, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing and event promotion would be beneficial.
  • A keen interest in music, festivals and events is a must.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a bonus but not essential.
