48.1% voted to remain. The majority didn’t.

It was a statement at odds with what we stood for – that diversity, inclusiveness and collaboration results in something more powerful, more meaningful, more effective. Something better.

The websites we design, the brands we craft and the content we create are underpinned by the same values that made us vote that day: A determination to open minds, not close doors.

We talk, think, research and strategise, then design. And only ever in that order.

We work with established, international brands and startups with ambitions of becoming exactly that. These include the likes of Franco Manca, Gozney, Gymbox, LEON and GLH Hotels.

Who we’re looking for

We are searching for a talented and ambitious Senior Designer to join our studio in Shoreditch, London.

The successful candidate will be working side by side with our two Creative Directors, while taking ownership of multiple projects from concept right through to delivery.

Alongside the two Creative Directors, you will be joining a team of four junior and middleweight designers where you would be expected to lead on the studio’s significant projects whilst mentoring, motivating and delegating key tasks. You’ll be expected to effectively manage your own time and others, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget without sacrificing the end product.

1 - 2 years of agency experience working in a senior role is required. A multitasking mindset is a must. And an openminded approach and ability to move between disciplines and verticals in any given week is a given.

Your role

Your projects will span a wide range of disciplines, sectors and challenges across print, digital and motion.

The job will require the delivery of ideas and concepts that combine intelligent creative and strategic understanding.

An uncompromising eye for detail is a must – ensuring the same level of energy, care and love is applied to the final artworking stages of the process as it is to the initial concept stage.

Skills we need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A passion for design, a willingness to formulate ideas and a genuine love for type and image
  • Confidence to communicate and present to clients is a must – telling the story of your work is as much a part of the process.
  • The confidence to communicate an idea and to manage other team members
  • An eye for detail and a high level of competency in all creative suite software, along with a good understanding of Sketch

Skills that would be nice

We promote and support all our team with their passions whether it be photography, videography, copywriting or coding.

So, if you have something that would add another string to the studio’s bow, we’d love to hear about it.

How to apply

We need someone who is eager to learn and keen to teach us new ideas. You should have a passion for your work as well as an uncompromising level of attention to detail.

An appreciation for strategy and research is crucial. You should be eager to look beyond design to find the right answer to execute a brief.

A proactive nature and eagerness to work with others, bringing your own experiences and knowledge to the table.

In short – if you love design, want to get better, love working in a team and think joining a young, ambitious, fast growing agency is the right next step - you know what to do.

To mark the painful anniversary of the UK leaving the EU, we will take a team trip to a chosen European destination. It’s a chance for us to celebrate the previous year, plan for what’s next and frankly remind ourselves of the absurdity of Brexit. Last year was Venice. This year is Porto. Next year is up for grabs.

Every Friday we buy the Studio lunch, we take it in turns to choose where from, and make sure we step away from our desks to eat together.

Personal Development

We want you to feel in control of your own personal development. So, every six months you will get an allocation of £250 to invest in a course, a book, a talk. Anything.

To Apply

Please send your cv and portfolios to [email protected]

We will review all applications and invite successful candidates into a first interview to review your work and discuss the role further.
