The Role

Are you a Senior Designer with a background and passion for designing for beauty brands?

If so, this award winning fragrance company is looking for your passion and expertise to lead the creative, working with international beauty brands.

To secure this role you will have a solid design background with a portfolio to match, you will be highly creative, entrepreneurial and have a meticulous attention to detail. You will also be confident presenting work and your ideas to the team and building supplier relationships.

You are involved in the design process from start to finish: from ideation and conceptualisation to implementation of integrated campaigns.

Day to day

  • Take part in creative ideation
  • Conceptualise and produce campaigns across all channels
  • Take ownership of all brand assets and deliver to global markets
  • Support global retailers and distributors with product launch materials
  • Deliver campaign and brand development
  • Deliver technical artwork for all primary and secondary packaging
  • Deliver design and artwork for print publications and in-store POS
  • Take responsibility for artistic direction of video and photography
  • Take ownership and oversight of the quality of all content
  • Pivotal team player, working collaboratively across the functions of the business
  • Digital and social assets creation and adjusting in line with brand and retailer guideline
  • In-store POS development and production
  • Digital banner ad creation and resizing
  • Adapt campaigns for different markets
  • Social media asset formatting, bonus to have moving image
  • Creation of brand assets, providing art direction on shoots and managing post production
  • Video editing experience a plus but not essential
  • Take ownership of all brand assets and deliver to global markets (including print, TVC, digital)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing own projects from conception through to completion

  • Assisting marketing team with 360º design projects

  • Work and communicate directly with internal departments

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design review and production meetings

  • Keep up-to-date on current art, design and fashion

  • Participate in regular one-on-one meetings and keep manager up to date

  • Be a reliable, responsible member of the team

  • Set a good example to peers


  • Exceptional knowledge of graphic design, typography and corporate identity

  • Strong commercial awareness – ensure work is resourced and budgeted for correctly

  • Strong portfolio

  • Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative suite and Adobe Cloud

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years of creative experience is essential
