As Account Manager, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day running of our key accounts, building close relationships with your clients and managing all their cross-channel projects from concept to delivery, providing regular updates along the way. You’ll also be able to talk strategy and creative, advising clients on the best way forward and, through your enthusiasm and dedication, you will naturally inspire the team to deliver exceptional work.

This is a commercial and client-facing role, reporting into a Client Partner. You will have already proven yourself in a busy agency environment, seamlessly keeping clients happy and delivering profitable projects.


The basics

  • You have three years account management experience in an agency setting
  • You can build trusted relationships with your clients, liaising with them daily to service the account
  • You can understand your client’s business, strategy and marketing objectives
  • You can see projects through from concept to delivery, making sure they’re completed on time and on budget
  • You have strong organisational skills and can stay on top of a busy schedule
  • You have a good knowledge of different creative disciplines and industry best practice
  • You’re a strong communicator, whether presenting ideas to your client or briefing internal teams
  • You’ve got a good commercial mind and have experience managing project budgets
  • You can inspire creatives, designers and producers to deliver the high-quality work our clients expect
  • You have experience pulling data and producing campaign reports for internal and external audiences
  • You have experience of running digital projects
  • You are comfortable identifying opportunities, selling new ideas to clients, growing your accounts and writing pitch decks

You bring

  • 3+ years of account management experience (Top 50 agencies or equivalent)
  • Master skills on Microsoft Office and Google Docs
