About Us

Xavier + Gemma founded StudioXAG in 2009 with an ambition to create the most exciting and creative retail displays in the world. Over the last 11 years, we’ve grown into a prolific global agency of 35 creatives, producing over 250 show-stopping projects a year.

We create extraordinary installations, window displays, pop-up shops, interactive experiences and more. We design and fabricate these eye-catching displays from our main studios + workshops in Leyton, East London, and our recently opened space in Amsterdam.


The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in East London. This role will focus on further developing our presence on all social media platforms, promoting the StudioXAG brand through engaging content, and making our projects sing. You would be integral in progressing our marketing strategy, implementing ways in which we can elevate the content and enhance the effectiveness of our communications.

This role reports to the Creative Director and Strategy + Development Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute our marketing strategy, informed by data analysis and your previous experience
  • Manage all external communications, including liaising with press
  • Create content and copy for a variety of outlets including social media, website, press, awards and publications
  • Liaising with photographers and videographers to ensure content is produced to the highest quality and is delivered on-time
  • Identifying and utilising trending topics to keep our content interesting and relevant
  • Monitor and optimise our social and content performance


Skills

  • 3+ years experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a design agency environment
  • Great working knowledge of all digital + social media platforms
  • A creative and analytic mind
  • A confident and experienced copywriter
  • Experience with strategic planning
  • You should be brimming with ideas and a desire to make StudioXAG famous
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their own deadlines
  • A passion for storytelling across various mediums, with an ability to tailor content for different audiences
  • Existing relationships with design press contacts would be a bonus


Salary: Dependant on experience, please state your expectations on application
