Who are we?
Human After all is a design agency in London that specialises in brand and communications.
We work across brand, communications, digital and design to create brand-led communications for some of the world’s most influential organisations. (Usually within the tech and purpose sectors.)
Our team of designers, copywriters, account managers and digital creatives bring reason and empathy to everything we do.

What do we need our account manager to do?
Our Account Directors are super busy across our biggest account, and so they need some support. We're looking for someone super diligent to manage the varied and interesting projects within these accounts, from briefing to completion.

The competencies we’re looking for include;

  • Account and project management: You can lead on smaller pitches and projects, interpreting client briefs, preparing creative briefs to share with internal teams and liaising with the client if required
  • Support: You will be a great team player, happy to support the team in all and any aspects of the project. You’ll be confident and able to hit the ground running.
  • Project admin: You can prepare project quotes and proposals, set up project teams, tools, timing plans and budgets, and schedule studio workflow to ensure deadlines can be met. Your attention to detail will be second to none
  • Financial management: You can track and provide feedback on project finances, with support and guidance from colleagues
  • Communication: You will be an excellent communicator. You will present well, speak articulately, and your written comms will be well considered, without mistakes

We also need you to have:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • Competence working in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Slide Presentations (Google Slides and PowerPoint)

And it would be good if you have:

  • Some knowledge of design agency running / design practices
  • Experience working with any / all of our project management tools, which include Slack, Asana and Instagantt

You’ll get to spend your working days in our rooftop studio in Dalston. You’ll get feedback and advice every day from the team you work with. And together we’ll decide how best to spend the £750 training budget that you’re given every year.
