We are looking for a talented PA and Office Manager to take ownership of operational processes, administration, people and culture. The ideal applicant will be a buzzy multi-tasker who embodies commerciality and creativity, with the initiative to prioritise tasks. Ideally you will have worked with another agency or design studio, so you’ll understand the challenges that can arise in our field of work. You’ll be able to manage a jam-packed diary with precision and communicate effectively internally and externally.

Studio Juice is an independent design studio based in a converted warehouse. Natural sunlight and handmade workbenches work together to create a warmth and character that keeps us creative and happy.
The studio is home to a multidisciplinary team that understands the way brands need to work today: collaboratively and with cultural relevance. This approach fosters meaningful partnerships with like-minded clients and consistently delivers authentic experiences people love.
Select clients and collaborators include; adidas, Camden Town Brewery, British Independent Film Awards, Karma Cola, OFFICE Shoes, ASOS, Major League Baseball, Lacoste, MOJU Drinks, New Era, Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group.

25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) are offered as standard per annum, this includes studio closure days over xmas (if applicable).


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fielding phone calls, meetings and greeting suppliers. You need to be discreet and trustworthy.
  • Maintaining the general housekeeping and smooth running of the office to a high standard
  • PA support to Partners, both professionally and privately. Managing emails, calls and enquiries
  • Facilities management: IT, building maintenance, ordering and maintenance of consumables health & safety
  • Recruitment & new starter setup, management (holidays & absences), culture and events
  • Taking ownership of creating an environment that allows our team to flourish
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Ideally you will help us produce presentations and proposals at the highest level so you’ll need to be proficient at Power Point and of course you’ll need to know Microsoft Office inside out
  • Organising company events and supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager
