Junior Animator (preferably with design and photography experience)

Threepipe is a performance marketing agency that offers creative, media, social, SEO and PR. Clients include the England and Wales Cricket Board, Sweaty Betty, Nike, Panasonic, Warehouse, British Gymnastics, VTech, and Antstream Arcade. We have a dynamic and informal work atmosphere, priding ourselves on producing great strategic thinking and industry-leading work – having fun along the way.

We are now looking for an ambitious Junior Animator to join our team – an all-rounder looking to make their mark in the creative industry. This is specifically to help with our marketing and new business department, so would typically involve working on agency showreels (from ideation to execution), creating content (in a variety of formats), case studies (in InDesign and PowerPoint), social assets, events (filming and photography / editing) and award submissions. It is a fantastic way to be part of the creative industry and be able to see your ideas brought to life. The role would also be a stepping stone into our wider creative team down the line.

You’ll probably be a graduate in animation or design, looking to work in the fast-moving world of agency marketing and new business. You’ll have an excellent eye for detail and design, and will be confident across animation, editing, design and preferably photography too. This role will vary day-to-day, meaning you’ll be adaptable, motivated and eager to learn. The role will receive training to help you improve your skills - including on the job support from our wider creative team (with specialists in 2D animation, graphic design, creative strategy and 3D modelling / animation to name a few).


To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

- Be an expert in After Effects and Premiere

- Be comfortable using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint

- Photography and filming experience is highly preferable

- Have a good eye for design and a flawless eye for detail (typos are a no-no!)

- Have good communication and organisation skills

- Be approachable, passionate and hard-working
